Parking Changes | Cambios en el estacionamiento
Dear parishioners,
We have enlisted the help of AirGarage to help us to manage our parking lot at the corner of Second Street and Turner Avenue NW. We currently experience a lot of parking without permission by the public in our lot. Using AirGarage will help us to control the access to our lot more efficiently and generate some extra revenue. 70% of the parking fees collected will go directly to our parish.
We will not be charging you with parking fees on Sunday mornings! Whenever we have scheduled liturgies or other parish events, the parking will remain free. However, at all other times of the week, parking fees will be charged.
We do not want to charge these fees for our regular, dedicated volunteers. To avoid this will require more communication! Regular volunteers will need to register their vehicles with our parish office to avoid paying for parking.
Those who are visiting or not registered with our office will be required to use the AirGarage system to pay the hourly rate for parking. Those who park in the lot without paying will be charged a fine. (We do have the ability to waive that fine if someone is inappropriately charged.)
It is our intention to have the AirGarage system fully functional by the middle of this month. We hope to make the transition to this new system as smoothly as possible.

Hemos reclutado la ayuda de AirGarage para ayudarnos a administrar nuestro estacionamiento en la esquina de Second Street y Turner Avenue NW. A aquellos que estacionen en el lote sin pagar se les cobrará una multa. (Tenemos la capacidad de renunciar a esa multa si alguien es acusado inapropiadamente.)
Es nuestra intención tener el sistema AirGarage completamente funcional lo antes posible más o menos a fines de mes. Esperamos que la transición a este nuevo sistema sea lo más fácil y sin inconvenientes.
